The entire hacienda is reserved for this exclusive Total Contentz event. Escape the grind for a few days.... come to learn, plan your next growth stage of your contents division, share ideas, network with other restoration contractors, and, of course, .... RELAX and HAVE FUN!

In your free time, outside of the workshops, you are free to choose an included activity - skeet shooting, target shooting, varmint hunting, hiking, or explore the ranch by Jeep or ATV.

Feel free to bring your own RV, four-wheeler or horse for some adventure or just sit and experience the awe-inspiring view of Flat Top Mesa from the porch of the Hacienda or relax in the pool.

Meet your host - Chet Pharies

Owner - Carpet Tech, CT Restoration - a Lubbock, Texas-based regional floor care & restoration company.

As a young man Chet started cleaning carpet from a single van, marketing his new company, setting appointments and cleaning carpets himself. Almost 30 years later, Chet has expanded Carpet Tech to a household brand with six locations, multiple service lines, and over 200 employees while maintaining his original goal: to serve people with integrity.

Owner - Covered S Ranch - Chet grew up shadowing his granddad Don Hofman on the historic Bell Ranch in Tucumcari, New Mexico, inspiring him to dream of a life roping, ranching, and riding. In 2013 realized his dream when he purchased the Covered S Ranch in partnership with his granddad, forming the CT Land and Cattle Co. The Covered S Ranch is run by family members and operates as a working cattle ranch. Chet has incorporated modern-day technologies and conveniences while maintaining an authentic West Texas ranch experience for family, friends, and visitors. The Covered S Ranch offers guided hunts, rustic getaways, and all-natural certified Angus beef for sale.

Networking with other restoration professionals has been a vital part of my success in the industry. I enjoy connecting people, too, so they too can benefit from each other.

I want to thank Chet for the opportunity to put this unique networking event together at his amazing ranch.

My goal in arranging this event is to give Restoration Contractors who are growing their contents division a chance to meet, talk, enjoy meals together with their peers from across the country who are also growing their division. A chance to get away from it all to dig deep into challenges, goals, ideas, with each other - and to have some fun!

I'm confident that when everyone comes and shares their experience & insight, everyone will benefit.
